How can we help?
Email support@everycol.com for Everycol support, account questions and privacy requests. Everycol handles support for this app; Strava handles questions about its own service.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email us from your account address when possible and tell us whether you want a copy, correction or deletion of your account, recordings, Strava connection data, a public route or another item. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send your password, Strava tokens or unnecessary sensor or health details.
Tell us your preferred reply address and contact preferences. We use your request to respond and handle the issue, not to enroll you in marketing. We will confirm in writing once deletion is complete, or explain any information that must be retained and why. A request acknowledgment is not a deletion confirmation.
Manage Strava sharing
- Open Everycol's Profile → Account & security → Strava to change automatic sharing or disconnect. Automatic sharing starts on by default; turning it off stops automatic submission of future recordings.
- To revoke Everycol's authorization at Strava, visit Strava's connected-app settings.
- To delete an activity held by Strava, open your Strava activities and manage it there. Everycol disconnect does not remove those activities.
Disconnecting and requesting deletion are different actions. Disconnect stops this account's future uploads, but stored upload records and your original Everycol rides can remain. Contact us for deletion; see Privacy for current retention behavior.
Recordings and highlights
Open a saved recording to download its TCX file and available highlights. Highlights are stored in the browser where they were created. After downloading anything you want to keep, you can clear Everycol's site storage in your browser to remove local copies. This does not delete your server account.
